Well-Bred Bakery's 1st Supper Club . . .

It began last Fall. The Well-Bred Supper Club's first dinner was Friday, November 4 and it was a resounding success according to the guests. Raves were sent to the kitchen -- making for two very proud chefs.
The Supper Club is a once a month event for 48 diners. A four-course menu, elegantly served (right down to the white tablecloths and napkins) is accompanied by paired wines. The next Supper Club will be after the Holidays in January 2013.
The Well-Bred Supper Club is pleased to introduce the creator of the Well-Bred Supper Club, Chef Laura Bogard. Laura is a stellar graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. Laura came to us after stints at the Grove Park Inn’s Horizons and Gabrielle’s at the former Richmond Hill Inn. She’s orchestrated Well-Bred’s cuisine for seven years.
