A Sampling of Sweets

Our pastries literally take the cake . . . we proved our meddle by taking home the awards at the Grove Park Inn Annual Cupcake Event!  The event is a fundraiser for breast cancer and Well Bred has participated the past two years and each year went home a winner.

Pastries and Other Sweet Confections: Espresso Roulade, Chocolate Truffles, Ginger Florentines, Chocolate Éclairs, Classic English Toffee, Tiramisu,  Baklava, Crème Brulee, Swedish Creme.
Cakes & Tarts :  Chocolate Fudge Cake; Orange, Coconut and Lemon Creme Cake; Citrus Almond Cake; Sour Cream, Lemon and Cranberry Pound Cake; Chocolate
Soufflé Cake :  Carrot Cake; Key Lime Tart; Cheesecake du jour; Chocolate Mint Mousse; and Mascarpone Fruit Tart.
Cookies :  Macaroons, Austrian Tea Cakes, Chocolate Chip Walnut, Pecan Praline, Ginger Molasses, Shortbread, Peanut Butter, Oatmeal Raisin Walnut, Marbled Biscotti, Rugelach, and Chocolate Orange.
Bars :  Honey Pecan Bars, Caramel Almond Bars, Pistachio Cherry, Apricot or Blueberry Cream Cheese Bars, Chocolate Raspberry Bars, Brownies and Blondies
Breakfast Specialties :  Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake, Bran and Fruit Muffins, Cheese and Scallion Biscuits, Scones and Cinnamon Rolls.
